STEP 1: [Clean the Site/Sanitize]
Raven Tattoo Care Aftercare SPRAY SOAP
(2 oz. spray pump bottle - unscented)
Raven Soap is packaged in a spray bottle for ease of use.
It contains: effective (yet non-drying or irritating) cleansing ingredients consisting of saponified coconut and olive oils, purified water, glycerin, oleic acid, vitamin-e and a little lavender oil. This is an unscented, deep cleaning bacteria-killing soap that leaves no residue. It is hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), biodegradable and moisturizing. Its purpose is to make skin more sanitary and supple, preparing the site for Step 2, Raven Tattoo Salve.
How: To be used 1-3 times daily during the healing period (normally 3-4 weeks), by spraying directly on the site, rinsing off, then gently patting dry with a clean cloth or towel.
STEP 2: [Moisturize/Beautify]

(big .75 oz. Tin - soft lemongrass scent)
Raven Salve consists of a simple, yet effective traditional recipe to keep tattoos attractive and moisturized!
Lines and colors stay crisp!
It contains: essential oils of lavender, calendula and lemongrass, along with vitamin-e, a little beeswax and olive oil. Many herbalists believe lavender to be a great natural antibacterial, product preservative and healing oil; calendula oil to be perfect for healing and soothing; and vitamin-e to be both a great healer and product preservative. We have included these oils in our product to give new tattoos a great start, along with moisturizing olive oil and beeswax for consistency. Before man-made drugs were invented, this is how people healed themselves, with nature-based remedies! These facts are based on our opinions, after careful research and testing!* Raven Salve is made with a medium-hard consistency, so only a small amount can be removed per application (only a light film should be applied). Raven's soft lemon scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

This salve acts as a beautifying and moisturizing lotion, thereby eliminating the need for any further products during the healing process!
How: After using Raven Spray Soap, gently apply Raven Salve, 1-3 times daily. It soaks in quickly and smells great! Only a little need be applied for effectiveness, allowing the new tattoo to "breathe" as it heals. In keeping with sanitary practices, aftercare products should never be shared (as with any other cosmetic product). Use should be discontinued if any irritation develops.

Read their labels, then read ours -- if we can't pronounce it or aren't already familiar with it, we won't use it in our products! Ours are nature-based and, in our opinion, do the same (if not better!) job as our chemical-laden competitors' products.
